Urban & Building Systems
Cities hold stock that is inefficient, exposed to heat and flood, and disconnected from the health and social outcomes it produces. We structure the retrofit, energy and social infrastructure that make it fundable again.
Land & Natural Systems
Land under climate and food security pressure, whether for energy, water or carbon, sits outside conventional financing formats. We structure it into a bankable asset.
Energy & Heat Infrastructure
Heat and power sourced at district scale is technically proven but rarely financed as infrastructure. We build the architecture that allows it to be.
